B.A.T.- Trainings
What does agility really mean, how are dynamic projects structured, and what contribution can I personally make to the transformation? The training to become a B.A.T. Agent forms the foundation for agile collaboration within your company. A shared understanding of agile principles and mindset is the basis on which every agile transformation is built.
Summary
The B.A.T. Agent training program covers the three core areas: Scrum, DPMM®, and Agile-ADapT®. Each sub-training consists of three components:
Self-study for preparation: Before the in-person training, participants receive a workbook with preparatory materials. This allows them to develop a basic understanding and formulate their own questions, which can be addressed and explored in depth during the training.
Training: Building on the self-study, the training focuses on practical questions and real-world examples. Thanks to the preparation, the training can be conducted more intensively, providing participants with more opportunities to apply concepts in concrete scenarios.
Examination: Demonstrating competence is an essential part of the training and serves as motivation. Participants can validate their knowledge through an exam, either with a participation certificate issued by us, through our independent certification partner EXIN, or, in the case of Agile-ADapT, through Agile-ADapT® itself.
B.A.T.- Agent Training
Through these structured foundation training programs, we ensure that participants not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also develop the skills to apply it in practice—actively contributing to the agile transformation of their company.
These three sub-trainings for the B.A.T. Agent are designed to complement each other: Scrum forms the foundation of agile working methods, Scrum is integrated as part of DPMM®, and both concepts contribute to the broader framework of Agile-ADapT®.
B.A.T.-Leader Training
The B.A.T. Leader training programs are designed for participants who want to further specialize in a specific area beyond the fundamentals. These advanced trainings lead to certification as an Agile Scrum Master/Product Owner, DPMM® Manager (PM), or Agile-ADapT® Leader. Completing the B.A.T. Agent training is a prerequisite for obtaining the B.A.T. Leader certificate.
The B.A.T. Professional certification includes all three Leader certifications and is automatically awarded upon completion of the third certification.
