Gateway2Agility (founded in 2022) is a professional training and consulting provider specializing in agile frameworks and transformation methodologies. It is an Accredited Training and Examining Organization (ATO/AEO) with EXIN, and serves as a Principal Training Partner for Agile-ADapT.

Christoph Danker
Christoph Danker is a former airline pilot turned entrepreneur and founder of Gateway2Agility. He is a certified team and business coach, transformation manager, and an accredited trainer and examiner in Agile Business Development, Scrum, and Kanban. He also serves as a subject matter expert in Dynamic Project Management Method (DPMM®).
Christoph combines practical experience with proven methodologies to build capability in others. He is co-author of Innovation-Driven (Digital) Business Transformation and is a key advocate for the global adoption of Agile-ADapT.

Johann Botha

Johann Botha brings over four decades of experience in IT Service Management, Business Management, and Innovation. He is the author or co-author of more than 15 books and a recipient of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from itSMF. In recent years, Johann has been recognized by Thinkers360 as one of the Top 100 Thought Leaders in the EMEA region and among the Top 10 Global Thought Leaders on Agile, a distinction he has held for consecutive years.
He teaches at Nelson Mandela University in South Africa, is a globally recognized expert in Digital Business Transformation and Chief-architect of Agile-ADapT.
