The training programs cover three operational areas: project management, product/service development, and agile digital business transformation. These areas require a new approach based on economic needs and the speed of change.
We recommend the Dynamic Project Management Method® (DPMM), which combines traditional project management with agile tools to create a dynamic new approach.
In product development, where the complexity of requirements and the need for frequent adjustments are increasing, Scrum provides a robust framework that enables solutions far beyond IT software development.
For the essential yet often overlooked digital business transformation, we introduce the guiding principles of Agile-ADapT®. These three approaches not only complement each other but also create significant synergies.
Our goal is to train you, your leaders, and your employees to become Gateway2Agility Agents, Practitioners, Professionals, and Leaders.
Before entering our four-stage training program, participants go through the BATT Orientation, where they gain sufficient insight into each approach to determine their personal learning path. This is followed by foundation training in one or all three areas.
For team members looking to develop into specific leadership roles, we offer advanced practitioner training as well as further education for BAT Professionals. The BAT Leader works closely with Professionals and executive management to drive the transformation. Additionally, the Leader addresses organizational structure challenges, particularly how to improve them to support transformation and ADapT.

BAT- Professional
with a focus on product development (Scrum)
Advance your career with our comprehensive BAT-Professional training package, specifically designed with a focus on Agile-Scrum Start-to-End. This program develops Scrum Masters and Scrum Product Owners through four stages, preparing them to become leaders in agile product development, particularly within the Agile-ADapT framework.
Your journey begins with the BAT orientation (optional) and foundational training in Scrum, as well as Agile-ADapT and Dynamic Project Management. Throughout the program, you will be trained as a Scrum Master and Product Owner and receive certifications as an EXIN Agile Scrum Master and EXIN Agile Scrum Product Owner Bridge. The BAT-Professional training prepares Scrum Masters and Product Owners to expand their influence within the context of business transformation and ADapT.
BAT - Professional
with a focus on Project Management (DPMM)
The training includes the BAT orientation (optional) and foundational training in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Agile-ADapT, and of course, DPMM itself. This holistic approach ensures a broad understanding of project management, product development, and digital transformation landscapes. Participants gain a rich knowledge base, enabling them to apply the most effective methods to achieve successful outcomes in a variety of organizational contexts.
The BAT-Professional with a focus on project management takes on the role of the project manager within DPMM. However, as a BAT-Professional, they are also capable of contributing to decisions on the right mix of project development and product development for the organization, as well as assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each approach.

with a focus on Digital Transformation
As a graduate of this training, you will be at the forefront of agile transformation within your company. You will master fundamental agile practices as well as the application of strategic innovations and be capable of scaling agile solutions across the entire organization. This program is your key to becoming a key driver of agile transformation. You will also be prepared to face the challenges and opportunities of the digital age with confidence and expertise.
